POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Certified Nursing assistant is responsible to provide direct resident care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. The Nursing Assistant follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
Education Needed
Must be 16 years of age or older; completion of 105 hour approved Basic Nursing Assistant course and holds a certification from the Indiana State Board of Health. Must be currently listed on the ISDOH CNA registry.
