POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Laboratory Leader provides day-to-day supervision of testing personnel and reporting results under the direction of the Medical Director. In the absence of the Medical Director, the Laboratory Leader must be responsible for the proper performance of all Laboratory procedures and reporting of test results. Needs to possess stellar relationship skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Education Needed
MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent

Experience Needed
5 years of experience in Management
