Wabash County Hospital is a county-owned, critical access hospital. With 25 inpatient beds, we offer critical care services, emergency services, cancer treatment and much more.
If you need surgery, Wabash County hospital boasts a staff of highly skilled surgeons who can perform a number of surgeries and procedures in one of our state-of-the-art surgical suites. This eliminates the need to travel long distances and allows you to be cared for by people you know and trust.
Wabash County Hospital has proudly provided healthcare services to our community for 85 years. However, our services are not confined to the halls, treatment rooms and operating suites of the hospital. We reach out into the community to provide comprehensive education programs, occupational services for industry, home health care services and free and discounted health screenings.
We also believe it is important to work with the youth of our community. Wabash County Hospital provides hand washing classes to all county first graders and a no-smoking program to all fourth graders. Through The Rehab Place, we provide a certified athletic trainer for Southwood Junior/Senior High School.
Wabash County Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission of Healthcare Organizations.
