  In 2006, Karen Newhouse (middle) presented $10,000 Cash Raffle winner Dave Paschall with a check as well as a $250 check to Cindy Dyson, who sold Dave the winning ticket. Dave works for Oswalt Thomas in Wabash and Cindy is a radiology technician for Wabash County Hospital.
