POSITION TITLE Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) DEPARTMENT Skilled CareCenter WORK CLASS PRN SHIFT (HOURS OF WORK) Varies (10 Hour Shift) PAY RANGE Based on Experience POSITION DESCRIPTION Is responsible for all direct resident care during assigned shift. Will provide direction, supervision and evaluation of resident care. Will implement facility policies and procedures and will coordinate nursing activities with other services provided by members of healthcare team. REQUIREMENTS Education Must hold a current RN or LPN license from the State of Indiana Must be CPR Certified Experience Previous experience in long term care is desirable, but not required
