POSITION TITLE Physical Therapy Assistant DEPARTMENT Home Health CareCenter WORK CLASS 4/5 Time SHIFT (HOURS OF WORK) Days PAY RANGE Based on experience POSITION DESCRIPTION The Home Health CareCenter and Hospice Physical Therapy Assistant carries out treatment, implementation and documentation of client status for clients under the direction of the Registered Physical Therapist (RPT). REQUIREMENTS Education Graduate of a two year, college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Experience Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience; a background in home rehabilitation/chronic disease is preferred.
