POSITION TITLE Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) DEPARTMENT Skilled CareCenter WORK CLASS 4/5-Time SHIFT (HOURS OF WORK) Evenings PAY RANGE Based on experience POSITION DESCRIPTION Is responsible for all direct resident care during assigned shift. Will provide direction, supervision & evaluation of resident care. Will implement facility policies & procedures & will coordinate nursing activities with other services provided by members of healthcare team. REQUIREMENTS Education Must hold a current RN or LPN license from the State of Indiana Must be CPR Certified. Experience Previous experience in long term care is desirable, but not required.
