For more information, call the WCH Foundation office.
The charitable gift annuity is a wonderful gift tool that benefits both the donor and the charity. It allows the donor to make a significant gift while retaining lifetime income from the annuity.
The donor transfers the desired gift assets (such as stocks or bonds) to the Foundation. In return, a guaranteed payment is made to the donor and/or spouse for the length of their lifetime. It is an ideal choice for certain donors who enjoy the needed monthly income while knowing they have given a significant gift to their charity of choice.
